What a carbon facial does
A thin liquid carbon mask soaks into your pores and binds to dead skin, oil and debris. When the laser passes over it, the carbon vaporizes and takes those impurities with it, while gentle heat stimulates collagen.

Cleanse and mask
We cleanse your skin, then apply a thin layer of liquid carbon and let it dry.
Laser pass
The technician passes the laser over your face. Most people feel slight warmth or a gentle tingle and hear a soft clicking. No numbing is needed.
Aftercare
Go straight back to your day. Keep skin clean and hydrated, wear sunscreen daily, and avoid harsh exfoliants and retinoids for a few days. A series a few weeks apart gives the longest lasting result.

Who is a good candidate?
Anyone who wants a gentle refresh, especially with oily or congested skin, blackheads, large pores, dullness, uneven tone or early signs of aging. It is safe for all skin types and tones.
Who should avoid it?
Postpone if you have an active skin infection, open wounds, or eczema, psoriasis or cystic acne in the area. If you are pregnant, light sensitive, or recently used strong topical treatments, talk with us first.
What does it feel like?
Most clients find it painless. You may feel slight warmth or tingling, sometimes like tiny rubber band snaps, and hear the laser clicking. There is no need for anesthesia or numbing.
Are there side effects?
Very few. Some people have slight redness or tingling that fades within a few hours. Very sensitive skin may feel dry for a day or two. Because the skin is not broken, bruising and infection are highly unlikely.
